The egr valve mounting plate in the picture is at 45 degreeze to valve cover, Some are pallel to the valve cover.

The late modle 2.0L Brazilian head has a dee shaped combustion chamber,
but it can be interchange with the early 2.0 Brazillian.

The 391S has extra holed to mount a rear water out let on the trucks. We drill all the casting with these holes and install a core plug. You will need to remove it if the head is installed on a pick up/

The 507 & 146 have 7mm valves and it is a roller cam, no rocker studs
With EGR Valve Casting Number next to bolt in chain cover on head
When installing the cam towers do not follow the torque that is given by GM (10 ft or 120 inch pounds plus 90 degrees ) with out replacing the cam bolts
This torque is for new strech bolts ONLY !
Any time a torque calls for a degrees past the torque it is a STRECH Bolt !!
Note some people have used the old bolts and hand tighten the bolts and have had no problems.
